Customer Service/ Marketing Assistant
SUMMARY
The Customer Service / Marketing Assistant serves in a variety of capacities to provide a high-level of customer service, as well as, conducting Marketing duties and providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager with minimal supervision.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with the Logistics Coordinator to provide Customer Service duties, which include, order taking, dealing with customer inquiries, contacting customers for sales & marketing requirements and programs.
· Answering of the Customer Service line.
· Great Plains data entry.
· Working with Sales manager and Logistics Coordinator to coordinate pricing, both quoting and maintaining price sheets.
· Working with Logistics Coordinator, assist and learn logistics.
· Working with Marketing & Business Development Manager, coordinate registrations of Tiger Products both in USA and Canada.
· Manage and coordinate Customer Contact Management.
· Supporting the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager and other senior level employees.
· Record and transcribe meeting minutes accurately.
· Manage all meeting details such as room reservations, preparing agendas, securing necessary IT equipment, initializing presentations, catering, and attendee updates.
· Work with management to maintain work plans, coordinate team checkpoint meetings, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups
· Special assignments and projects (charts, spreadsheets, etc.) as required.
· Support the Marketing Manager and sales personnel by performing various clerical duties.
· Work with Marketing Manager to proofread, edit, print, duplicate, organize and assemble technical documentation into manuals and other formats.
· Point-person for marketing project requests. Includes coordinating trade shows and conferences. Gathering materials, shipping CD?s and packages, fulfilling collateral requests (corporate folders, brochures, samples, etc.).
· Working with marketing manager to manage website updates as well as creation of PDF documentation for website updates. This will include the updating of past marketing materials to new company branding and contact information.
· Work closely with company representatives to meet their marketing material needs.
· Research, purchase, management and control of inventory of company merchandise and promotional items.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Various other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Dependable, highly organized and very detail oriented.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time.
· The CSR/Marketing Assistant shall have experience with computer spreadsheets and word processing programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to act independently and use discretionary judgment.
· The CSR/Marketing Assistant will be able to communicate with co-workers and management.
· Various administrative tasks, problem solving, answering phones, copying, typing, meeting arrangements, mail, filing, computer assistance, etc.
BASE ANNUAL SALARY will be between $40,000 and $48,000 depending on experience.
